Welcome to the
COMPTON
PESL ONLINE
INTERACTIVE DEMO!

On the right side of this
screen you will see a sample from the 66 Stimulus Response Words and the Reading Passage.  Click on the words to reveal phonemes that are tested in that word.  You will also see Indian-Pakistan language specific error choices.

This is just one of the 51 language specific protocols that are available in this program!

When you click on one of the language specific errors it puts it in the error box.  If you click on an empty error box you'll see a drop-down menu of IPA symbols to choose from.

For spontaneous speech errors click on the question mark symbol along the left margin.  This will open up the phoneme locater menu.  Locate your target phoneme by moving your cursor over the classifications to narrow down the choices.  When you find your target phoneme click on the first error sound box to select an error sound from the IPA symbols.  There is a place to indicate frequency and context as well.

Along the right margin you can open up a text box by clicking on the exclamation mark symbol.  Here is where you can type your client's grammar errors.
